California voters approved the “Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act” known as Proposition 65. The purpose of Proposition 65 warning is to ensure that people are informed about exposure to such chemicals by the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and/or other reproductive harm. Some Aquatic AV products may contain one or more of the chemicals listed under Proposition 65 (toxic types include carcinogenic and reproductive harm), the containing does not mean that our products will necessarily cause cancer or reproductive harm.
